• Experience working with children or young people in any setting, including schools, sports clubs, coaching environments, youth groups, or holiday camps
• A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils
• A passion for encouraging participation, confidence, and achievement
• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
