Position: Learning Support Assistant (Grade C) with MDSA duty
Location: Brighton

We would like to appoint a dedicated and nurturing Learning Support Assistant (Grade C) with MDSA duty at Rudyard Kipling Primary School, Chalkland Rise, Brighton, BN2 6RH.

About the Role

The post is part‑time: 27.5 hours as LSA, 2.5 hours as MDSA. Paid weeks per year: 47.36 LSA, 43.89 MDSA (inclusive of holiday entitlement). 

Start date:

 September 2026.

  • To have an understanding of strategies which support SEND learners, such as Just Right, Makaton, Visuals, structure and routine
  • To establish positive relationships with parents and families
