Overview

Winner Education is seeking an experienced KS2 teacher for a primary school in the Sutton Coldfield area. This is a full‑time role on a long‑term basis. The successful candidate must start in September and hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). This role is not suitable for ECTs.

Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum
  • Previous experience working in KS2
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Confidence in delivering lessons to full class sizes
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to form excellent relationships within the school team, pupils and parents
  • Willingness to go "above and beyond"
  • Reliability and responsible role model behaviour
Responsibilities
  • Lead on lesson planning and preparation
  • Tailor lesson resources and materials for pupils who require additional support
  • Assess and provide pupil feedback and progress reports
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
  • Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare
