West Row Academy are seeking a compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our strong and supportive team.

This role will involve working across the school, including within our specialist provision hub, supporting pupils with high levels of need, particularly in communication. Your work will help create a nurturing, well‑structured environment where teamwork is central, ensuring that every child is supported to thrive both academically and socially.
