Experienced Design and Technology Teacher Wanted

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Design and Technology Teacher to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled educator who is passionate about inspiring creativity, innovation, and practical problem-solving in students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Design and Technology lessons across relevant key stages.
• Develop students' knowledge and skills in design, manufacturing, product development, and creative thinking.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
• Maintain a safe and well-organised workshop/classroom environment.
• Encourage students to develop confidence, independence, and practical skills.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Design and Technology.
• Strong subject knowledge, including experience with design processes, materials, and workshop practices.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
