Location: Upwey
Wey Valley Academy is seeking an Assistant Head of Year to support the Head of Year in fostering pupil engagement and addressing barriers to learning. The role includes managing attendance matters and developing strategies for conflict resolution among pupils.
Collaboration with teachers and external agencies is essential to enhance students' emotional wellbeing and create effective inclusion plans. The ideal candidate will work closely with families to improve attendance and promote positive behaviours among pupils.
