We are currently recruiting on behalf of a number of specialist SEN schools across Folkestone who are seeking experienced and enthusiastic teachers to join their teams on a full‑time basis. These schools support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Complex Needs.

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and wider school staff.
• Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
• Contribute to EHCP targets and pupil progress reviews.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
• Previous SEN teaching experience is highly desirable.
• Strong behaviour management and classroom management skills.
• A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach to teaching.
• Availability to work 5 days per week.
