Job Title: SEND Teacher

Location: Northumberland

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £120 - £180 per day

The SEND Teacher will work with pupils of mixed ages with a range of additional needs including SEMH, trauma-related needs, ASD and learning difficulties, delivering engaging lessons, adapting learning materials and supporting pupils academically and emotionally.

• QTS
• Experience working with children and young people with SEND, SEMH or trauma-related needs
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Experience delivering differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs
• The ability to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
• A proactive, patient and adaptable attitude
