The role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging and structured lessons across a variety of school settings, covering EYFS, KS1, and KS2 depending on your preference and experience.

This role offers complete flexibility - whether you are looking for a few days per week, full-time supply, or a better work-life balance around existing commitments.

You will take responsibility for:
Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of primary year groups
Adapting teaching style to suit different classroom environments
Maintaining strong classroom management and a positive learning atmosphere
Following school policies and ensuring continuity of learning
Building strong relationships with pupils and school staff
Representing a high standard of teaching professionalism across all placements

What you need

It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within primary education (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
Strong classroom management skills
A flexible and adaptable approach to different school environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Other DESIRABLE skills include:
Experience working in multiple school settings
Confidence delivering across different year groups
Ability to quickly build rapport with new classes and teams
Strong organisational skills and reliability
