Learning Support Assistants

TEACHING ASSISTANTS / LSA OPPORTUNITIES – Brighton

£88 – £110 per day (weekly pay)

Full-Time | Term Time Only | Long-Term Roles Available

We are currently recruiting passionate and resilient Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work within SEND schools across Brighton and surrounding areas
. These are rewarding long-term opportunities supporting children and young people with Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism (ASD), SEMH, and complex needs
.

You will be supporting pupils either:

• 1:1 (individual support)
• In small groups or class settings
• Alongside teachers and SEN teams to deliver personalised learning support

Your day will be varied, meaningful, and focused on helping young people access education, develop confidence, and regulate emotions.

• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs in and out of the classroom
• Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour support
• Encouraging engagement in learning through tailored strategies
• Supporting communication, independence, and social development
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
• Helping create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment

You don’t need to have worked in a school before, many transferable skills apply!
