Location: Wyke Regis
Dorset Council is seeking an experienced, qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a fixed-term role until 31 August 2027 at Compass Learning Centre, Wyke Regis. The position involves planning and facilitating subjects, as well as supporting outdoor education for students with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young people and possess Qualified HLTA status and relevant educational experience. This rewarding role offers a salary range of £23,956 to £27,171 PA, with opportunities for further development.
