Location: Fakenham, Norfolk
Salary: £32,916-£38,766 per year (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time Permanent
Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner by agreement)

The Role
  • Deliver engaging, creative lessons tailored to pupils with SEN, SEMH and additional learning needs.
  • Build positive relationships that promote confidence, resilience and achievement.
  • Work collaboratively with experienced teachers, therapists and support staff.
  • Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Develop your teaching practice through high-quality mentoring, training and CPD.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or achieving QTS before starting.
  • Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking a supportive first teaching post.
  • Passion for working with children and young people with additional needs.
  • Positive, resilient and reflective approach to teaching.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
