Academics is an education recruitment agency currently recruiting for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to support primary schools across Chesterfield. This position provides short‑term, temporary classroom experience and may contribute towards completing your induction training.

• Establish classroom discipline framework and follow the school’s behaviour policies.
• Mark and assess pupils’ work and evaluate progress.
• Keep up to date with current educational thinking and attend relevant in‑service training.

• Daily pay £145–£168.80, inclusive of holiday pay (dependent on assignment length and responsibilities).

All successful applicants will be required to undertake safer recruitment vetting checks and to possess or be willing to process an Enhanced DBS Certificate. A QTS and teaching experience is also essential.
