. Full-time (4-day week). Are you a qualified Learning Lead in the early years sector looking to take your career to the next level?

As a Learning Lead at Muddy Boots you will:
- Provide high standards of quality teaching within the preschool, including the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
- Inspire the preschool team to plan appropriately for children, using the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum for guidance.
- Lead on 'School Readiness' teaching for older preschool children, as well as the Early Talk Boost programme.
- Effectively manage EYPP funding.
- Support the development of good practice concerning Special Educational Needs, Disabilities and Inclusion.
- Be a fantastic role model for outstanding interactions and learning in preschool.
- Plan and carry out small group activities around communication, maths, phonics and PSED with the oldest children in our preschool room.
- Inspire and motivate their team; have an infectious passion for the EYFS, and support the wider team to use it as a foundation for learning that children love.
- Passionate about creative teaching; provide the highest standards of quality teaching within the Pre‑School, focusing on developing the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
- Love helping children get ready for school: develop creative programs that mentally and emotionally prepare our older children for the next step in their educational journey.
- A relevant Early Years Qualification (minimum Level 3 or above).
- Over 1 year of experience working in an Early Years / Nursery setting (essential).
- Over 1 year of experience working in a childcare environment (preferred).
- Top 10% pay locally, up to £14.45 per hour (21yrs+).
- 4-day working week for full‑time staff.
