Location: City
Health & Safety Trainer (NEBOSH / IOSH)
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 (plus hybrid, Monday-Friday, training, private medical care, funded qualifications, progression, increasing holidays, company benefits)
Location:
Cardiff – with some travel.
We are a well‑established H&S training provider with a 15‑year history, serving football clubs, blue‑chip corporations, and many industries. We employ a tight‑knit team and offer clear progression up to director.
The Role- Lead varied Health and Safety training courses – primarily NEBOSH and IOSH, both in person and online.
- Receive support for funded training courses to gain further qualifications and upskill yourself.
- Deliver courses in person and online – some travel required across the UK and internationally.
- Work closely with the sales team and clients to create bespoke training plans.
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
- Health and Safety Trainer or similar, preferably with NEBOSH / IOSH qualifications.
- Member of IOSH.
- Commute to Cardiff – happy to undertake some travel.
