The successful Teacher of History will:
- Deliver engaging and thought-provoking History lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Inspire curiosity, discussion, and a love of historical enquiry
- Teach mixed-ability classes with confidence and adaptability
- Track progress and support students to reach their potential
- Work closely with a cohesive and encouraging humanities team
This role would suit both experienced History teachers and ECTs, with mentoring and support available.
Requirements- QTS (or equivalent UK teaching qualification)
- Experience teaching History at KS3 and KS4
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for your subject
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
- Eligibility to work in the UK and a valid DBS (or willingness to apply)
- Competitive daily rates, paid weekly via PAYE
