About the Role:
Aspire People is seeking Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our partner primary schools as Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs). If you have recently completed your Primary PGCE with QTS, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in a primary school without full teaching responsibilities.
In this role, you will support learning across year groups EYFS to Year 6, including covering PPA sessions, allowing you to apply the skills you developed during your PGCE and continue building your teaching experience for the future. Many HLTAs in this school have successfully transitioned into full-time teaching roles once they became available.
Who We're Looking For:
Early Career Teachers who have recently completed a Primary PGCE with QTS
Passionate about working with primary-aged children
Motivated to gain experience and develop skills in a supportive environment
DBS on the Update Service
References covering the last 2 years
