Smile Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join a range of supportive nurseries and primary schools across Hull.

The Role
  • Support children's learning through engaging and creative play.
  • Deliver activities in line with the EYFS Framework.
  • Create a nurturing, safe and stimulating learning environment.
  • Encourage children's independence and confidence.
  • Observe and record children's development.
  • Work closely with teachers, nursery staff and parents.
  • Promote safeguarding and positive behaviour at all times.
About You
  • A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • At least 6 months' UK experience in an Early Years or Nursery setting.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A caring, enthusiastic and reliable approach.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's development.
Requirements

To be considered, you must:

  • Hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Have a minimum of 6 months' UK Early Years experience.
  • Be able to provide two years of professional references.
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one through Smile Education.
  • Have the Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
