Salary: £85 - £95 per day

The Primary School is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant / TA to work with children who have additional learning needs on a one-to-one basis. The role involves supporting the class teacher and supporting younger pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ADHD and challenging behaviour, while developing strong classroom management skills.

• Provide one-to-one support to children with additional learning needs.
• Assist the classroom teacher in managing pupils with ADHD and challenging behaviour.
• Implement inclusive teaching strategies and support the curriculum.

• Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / TA qualification OR 6 months experience in an educational establishment.
• Ability to use initiative to respond to situations.
• Good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
