Location: London Apprentice
Internship Overview
Apprentices will join our planned trips to meet national pastors, learn from their stories, and develop cross‑cultural listening skills. They will have the opportunity to teach sessions on doctrinal topics and share their testimonies with pastors.
Responsibilities- Teach one to two sessions a day on selected topics during 3‑5‑day seminars across multiple locations.
- Interact with pastors, often non‑English speaking, to practice cross‑cultural communication.
- Prepare lesson plans for mentor group study.
- Share personal testimony with ministry sites or churches during visits.
- Collaborate with PLD field workers to develop teaching and ministry skills.
- Demonstrating a heartfelt commitment to the ministry.
- Clear communication of Scripture in actions and words.
- Willingness to go the second mile and trust God in all circumstances.
The schedule includes seminars, teaching, site visits, and opportunities to observe pastors' living examples of truth in action.
Skills Developed- Cross‑cultural sensitivity and communication in ministry.
- Teaching and curriculum preparation.
- Understanding pastoral conditions and developing prayer strategies.
- Trusting God for resources, energy, and wisdom.
