Introduction
Join Lift Schools as our Apprenticeship Team Administrator (Apprentice) and become the first point of contact for apprentices, employers and trainers, helping coordinate enrolments, assessments, compliance and learner support while gaining invaluable experience in business administration.

Support the day‑to‑day administration of the Apprenticeship Team and manage learner enquiries via phone and email.
- Guide prospective apprentices and employers through the enrolment process, providing excellent customer service and advice.
- Process and maintain learner records, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete and compliant.
- Coordinate Functional Skills exams and End Point Assessment administration, including reasonable adjustments where required.
- Maintain apprenticeship data across internal systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Work closely with compliance, delivery and MIS teams to ensure learners receive a seamless experience.
- Help identify and resolve administrative or compliance issues before they become problems.
Due to operational requirements, apprentices cannot be guaranteed a permanent job or higher‑level apprenticeship on completion of their apprenticeship. Where a suitable permanent job or an advanced‑level apprenticeship opportunity becomes available in their training school or other trust schools, apprentices are strongly encouraged to apply for it and, subject to satisfactory completion of their apprenticeship and suitable qualifications / experience, will be guaranteed an interview.
