• Deliver engaging and innovative lessons across IT and Digital programmes, including T Level provision
• Plan and prepare learning activities that meet awarding body and curriculum requirements
• Support learners in developing technical knowledge, digital skills, and workplace readiness
• Assess learner progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and employer partners to enhance the learner experience

• Experience with in the IT and Digital sector
• Knowledge of areas such as networking, cybersecurity, software development, data, or digital technologies
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A passion for supporting and developing learners
• A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable
• A valid or update-service DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
