As a Games Design Lecturer at Kidderminster College, you will:

• Deliver engaging and innovative lessons across Games Design programmes, including Level 2 provision
• Plan and prepare learning activities that meet awarding body and curriculum requirements
• Support learners in developing creative, technical, and industry-relevant skills
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the learner experience and curriculum delivery

• Experience with in Games Design, Games Development, Digital Media, or a related creative industry
• Knowledge of games design principles, development tools, and creative technologies
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A passion for supporting and developing learnersA teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable
• A valid or up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
