• Plan and prepare learning activities that meet awarding body and curriculum requirements
• Support learners in developing performance, composition, production, and music industry knowledge
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the learner experience and curriculum delivery

• Experience with in the music industry, music education, or a related creative sector
• Knowledge of performance, composition, music technology, and contemporary music practices
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A passion for supporting and developing learners
• A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable
• A valid or update-service DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
