Outcomes First Group is seeking a Family Liaison Officer and Attendance Lead at Underley Garden School, Kirkby Lonsdale, LA6 2DZ
. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, permanent and term-time only, with a £32,500 annual salary plus travel allowance.
You will connect families with school support, lead attendance strategies, and work with safeguarding leads to ensure pupils receive timely help and positive outcomes.
