Job Title: HMP Painting & Decorating Tutor
Location: Leicester
Salary: Up to £37,500 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
What You Will Be DoingPractical Delivery: Plan, design, and deliver high-quality, practical Painting & Decorating lessons to small groups.
Target Setting: Monitor student progress, set clear SMART targets, and maintain accurate records using Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) effectively.
Flexible Learning: Design adaptable, innovative, and imaginative learning resources tailored to support a diverse student population with varying educational needs.
Vocational Outreach: Support the wider vocational team by contributing to learning programmes and potentially conducting outreach delivery outside the main classroom setting.
Trade Expertise: A relevant vocational qualification in Painting and Decorating at Level 2 or above, combined with strong practical industry experience and knowledge of CSCS requirements.
