Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Hours:

Full-time or Part-time

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in schools across Wolverhampton .

Essential Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) .
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Experience supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs is an advantage.
Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
A caring, patient, and flexible approach to supporting children.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN.
Assist children with their learning, emotional wellbeing, and social development.
Support the delivery of EHCP targets in collaboration with teachers and other professionals.
Encourage a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
