  • Create a stimulating, sensory-rich learning environment that promotes communication, independence and personal development.
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and other professionals to provide outstanding support.
  • Adapt the curriculum to meet EHCP outcomes and celebrate every achievement, no matter how small.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom where every pupil can thrive.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Has experience teaching pupils with PMLD, complex needs or within an SEN setting.
  • Is creative, patient and committed to providing outstanding education for children with additional needs.
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills.

What We Offer

  • A dedicated education consultant to support you throughout your placement.
  • Opportunities for ongoing CPD and specialist SEN training.
  • The chance to work in a welcoming, well-resourced school with an experienced staff team.
  • Long-term opportunities with the potential for a permanent position.

If you're ready to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people with complex needs and are looking for your next teaching opportunity this September, we'd love to hear from you.
