The David Ross Education Trust is seeking a Part-time Pastoral Manager to support pupils aged 11–19. The role focuses on delivering the academy behaviour policy, monitoring behaviour and coordinating interventions, and working with staff and external partners to promote inclusion and wellbeing.
This 22.5-hour-week post runs 39 weeks per year. The successful candidate will join a warm, committed team dedicated to student success and a safe, encouraging learning environment.
