Teach South is recruiting Teaching Assistants for primary schools across Peacehaven and surrounding areas in East Sussex. This full-time or part-time temporary role pays £427 to £450 per week, offering flexibility through day-to-day supply bookings or longer-term placements within the academic year. You will support pupils in classroom settings, assisting class teachers in fostering a constructive learning atmosphere. Responsibilities may include delivering one-to-one assistance or guiding small intervention groups to help children reach their potential.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability to meet varying school needs. Prior experience in a school environment is advantageous but not essential, as local schools value commitment and a genuine interest in pupil progress.

Teach South Sussex is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Peacehaven and the surrounding areas. Whether you're looking for the flexibility of day-to-day supply or a longer-term position, we have a variety of opportunities available to suit your availability. We are working closely with local schools to recruit Teaching Assistants for day-to-day bookings, as well as full-time and part-time long-term placements throughout the academic year.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be supporting pupils within the classroom, working alongside class teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Some roles may also involve providing 1:1 support or working with small intervention groups to help children achieve their full potential. We are looking for candidates who:
