Senior Administrator - School office.

We are working with a fantastic SEND school in the north Nottinghamshire area who are looking for a full time Senior administrator to join them on a full time, temp to perm basis starting September 2026.

(52 weeks of the year, not just term time)

Purpose of role:
To provide effective administrative support that ensures the smooth and efficient daily operation of the school. To manage key processes, systems, and communications that support staff, students, and carers/families and contribute to a well organised learning environment.

Some of the Responsibilities and Professional

Duties include:

General reception duties i.e. telephone calls (incoming and outgoing), receiving visitors, distributing ingoing and outgoing mail and ensuring protocol followed.

Check information on the website is accurate and liaise with Management Team to ensure updates/corrections are made when needed.

Support education team with the collation and distribution of student reports to parents/carers/authorities. Create staff . Ordering of stock

Any other duties directed by the Office Manager/SLT.Referrals

Add all new starters, employees and students, to Arbor.

Maintain Arbor with any new relevant information.
