The Supply Register is recruiting Secondary Teachers to support William Lovell Academy
, part of the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust
, from September 2026.

Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply, short-term assignments, or longer-term placements, we can offer opportunities to suit your experience, subject specialism, and availability.

We welcome applications from experienced teachers, recently qualified teachers, and ECTs looking to gain valuable experience within a supportive secondary school environment.

As a Secondary Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, maintain high standards of teaching and learning, and help pupils achieve their full potential.

Roles are available across a range of subject areas, with opportunities for both specialist teaching and general cover depending on school requirements.

• Deliver high-quality lessons across your subject specialism or as part of general cover
• Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment
• Support pupils' academic progress and personal development
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement
• Follow school policies and procedures
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT status
• Strong curriculum knowledge
• A subject specialism or willingness to undertake general cover
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A positive, adaptable, and professional approach
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
