The Vocational Training Theme Lead at SPS College will develop and oversee ongoing professional training for Officers, with a primary focus on implementing a new Vocational Qualification while maintaining current interim provisions. You will design, deliver and evaluate training, ensuring quality assurance and governance across the College and SPS.
You will manage learning materials, progression of learners, and line manage L&D Managers, while maintaining alignment with SPS strategy and policy.
