As our Assessor in T Level Early Years, you will:

- Support students in developing their knowledge, skills, and behaviours throughout their programme, while assessing their ability to apply these skills within a real working environment

- Use your industry expertise to help shape the next generation of Early Years professionals, applying theoretical and practical learning in practical work environments

- Collaborate with colleagues and employers to meet learners needs and achieve their potential
- Effectively participate in, and comply with, all administrative aspects of awarding body requirements where required, alongside the College Quality Assurance and evaluation processes
