The Role:As a lunchtime supervisor, you will be a vital part of our school community, ensuring that lunch breaks run smoothly, safely, and enjoyably for all. From managing the dining hall queues to supporting positive behaviour, you will play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and organised environment during the lunchtime rush.
Key Responsibilities include:Supervising Dining Halls: Oversee the lunch hall, assist with queue management, and serve as a friendly, approachable point of contact for pupils.
Monitoring & Guiding Behaviour: Encourage positive interactions, help resolve minor disputes, and uphold the school's positive behaviour policy.
Ensuring Safety & Safeguarding: Maintain a safe environment, record any incidents, and strictly follow child protection and safeguarding standards.
Dining Setup & Care: Help set up lunch tables, clear up accidental spills, and pack away equipment safely after service.
Front-Line Support: Deliver friendly, polite support to all students and staff throughout the lunch period.

This vacancy is a zero-hour contract, based around term time, meaning hours may vary
£12.71 per hour
