Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored one-to-one and group support for students facing behavioural difficulties
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies in partnership with teachers and support staff
  • Build positive, supportive relationships with students, offering guidance and encouragement
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of individualised behaviour plans
  • Monitor and record student progress, maintaining clear communication with teachers and parents or guardians

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working with students who have behavioural needs is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive, proactive approach
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
  • Genuine passion for supporting students social and emotional development
