The school is looking for someone who can provide a calm and consistent presence while helping pupils understand their emotions, make positive choices, and develop strategies that enable them to manage difficult situations more effectively.
The RoleAs a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with individual pupils and small groups, providing targeted support both inside and outside the classroom. Your focus will be on understanding the reasons behind behaviours, identifying potential triggers, and helping pupils develop practical ways to respond more positively.
