Salary:
Grade 3, £17,584 per annum. £13.48 per hour
28.75 hours per week, term time working 38 + 1 weeks per year
Temporary until 1st September 2027
Required for Monday 2nd November
The Governors of this wonderful school are seeking to appoint a hardworking, flexible and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will be required to work for 28.75 hours over 5 days per week term time plus one week, to work with children who have ECHP’s and provide lunchtime cover.

The Successful Candidate:- Be enthusiastic, caring, self-motivated and hard working.
- Be organised
- Have experience of working in a Primary School
- Be able to positively contribute to the team ethos of the school.
- Be able to support, phonics, reading, writing and numeracy.
- Have good communication skills and be able to relate well to pupils, staff and parents.
- Be able to use own initiative.
- Understand how children learn.
- Have high standards and expectations in all areas of school life and will be committed to a teamwork approach.
- Be sensitive and understanding of pupils with additional needs, embracing the inclusive ethos of the school whilst helping to develop strong parent partnerships.
- Be a reflective practitioner who can monitor children’s progress and modify activities/play accordingly to support child development.
