The Role- Delivering high-quality early education and care in line with the EYFS framework.
- Planning and facilitating engaging learning experiences that support children's individual development.
- Observing, assessing and documenting children's progress and achievements.
- Building strong, professional relationships with families, colleagues and external partners.
- Promoting children's wellbeing, safeguarding and inclusion at all times.
- Contributing to a culture of excellence, continuous improvement and professional practice.

- A recognised Early Years qualification.
