We're looking for confident, reliable people to work as Cover Supervisors in secondary schools across Newham.

You don't need previous school experience. What matters most is your confidence, communication skills, and ability to manage a classroom of teenagers. What you'll be doing:

Supervising classes across a range of subjects using work left by the teacher

Keeping students focused, engaged, and on task Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment

Supporting students throughout the school day Providing feedback to teaching staff following lessons

We're looking for someone who:

Feels confident leading a classroom of secondary-aged students

Has excellent communication and people skills

Can think on their feet and adapt to different situations

Has a genuine interest in education and helping young people succeed

Is reliable, professional, and approachable

Wants to make a positive difference in children's lives
