Clyro Pre-School
- Setting Leader Will you be our next Setting Leader? We are looking for someone who sees learning not as instruction... but as discovery. Show us how you meet the following:
- At least 2 years' experience of nurturing young learners within the last 5 years.
- Additional Learning Needs (ALN) matter to you
- You understand how strong systems & policies support children
- You believe in Foundation Learning as a journey, not a checklist
- GCSE (or equivalent) English & Maths (A-C)
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent childcare qualification)
- You connect easily with children, families & colleagues
- You value community and partnership
- You communicate with clarity, care and purpose
- Shape practice in line with CIW & Estyn
- Use technology to enhance learning journeys
- Lead, guide and inspire a team
- Respond calmly to the unexpected
- Drive improvement with ideas, reflection & vision

Practice and Theory or appropriate degrees listed on the Social Care website.
