PART-TIME LEVEL 3 TEACHING ASSISTANT

Are youan experienced Teaching Assistant with SEND experience who is passionate about helping children thrive?

We are looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our happy and dedicated team from 2nd November 2026 or as soon as possible.

You will primarily be based in our Year 3/4 classroom, supporting a class of 21wonderful children alongside the class teacher.

At ourschool, Teaching Assistants are valued members of the whole-school team. We donot have ‘velcro 1-to-1 TAs’. Instead, our Teaching Assistants work flexibly across the school, supporting children with a range of needs and delivering targeted interventions to help every child make progress.

This isan exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, building positive relationships with children and making a real difference to their learning and development.

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification/experience
• Experience of working with children with SEND
• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent), in line with our requirements
• A caring, positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting children
• The ability to work effectively as part of a supportive school team

It wouldbe particularly beneficial if you also have a Nursery Nurse or EYFSqualification, as there may be opportunities to support our EYFS unitwhen needed.
