All About You

Doyou have what it takes to join us? The Behaviour Lead we would like to joinus will be:

To provide professional management and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school's behaviour,consequence and rewards systems forall students in Years 7 to 11,including strategic oversight, quality assurance and evaluation of their impact.

To work with the Assistant Principal tooversee Student Support for all students in years 7 to 11.

To act as a support network for all teachers, Assistant Principal's, Faculty Leads and SEND team.

To manage the school exclusion re-integration process in line with DFE guidance, meeting with parents, carers& external agencies of any excluded student.

Tomanage, oversee and direct resolution of individual pastoral problems and welfare matters through the management and organisation of day-to-day pastoral work.

The Behaviour Leader will manage the Student Support Team, under him/her will be: 5non-teaching heads of year.

The Behaviour Leader willline manage these members of staff and be responsible for their Performance Management.

Manage& oversee the bus prefect system to ensure safe travel to and from schoolfor all students.
