About the Role | Psychology Graduate As a Psychology Graduate, you will support pupils across the school with a wide range of SEND. These may include autism, ADHD, SEMH needs and hearing impairments, among others. You will work both one-to-one and with small groups, helping pupils to access learning, build confidence, and develop positive behaviours within a supportive school environment.
