Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Primary Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Aspire People
Aspire People are recruiting qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across the local area.
We are looking for candidates who hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant, Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent qualification and have recent experience working within a UK school.
The Role:- Providing 1:1 and small-group support
- Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Delivering targeted learning interventions
- Supporting phonics, literacy and numeracy
- Working with pupils with SEND and additional needs
- Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Assisting teachers with classroom learning and preparation
- Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff
- Helping pupils develop independence, confidence and social skills
- Holds a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification
- Has recent UK-based school experience
- Confident supporting pupils across the primary age range
- SEND experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of classroom support and interventions
- Patient, adaptable and proactive
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
