JOB TITLE: Lettings & Facilities Assistant (Casual)

CONTRACT TERM: Casual Hours – evening and weekend work (flexibility required)

RESPONSIBLE TO: Operations Manager

GRADE: NJC – Point 3 (£13.28 per hour)

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for Lettings and Facilities

An opportunity has arisen for a Casual Lettings and Facilities Assistant in our brand-new secondary school in Leckhampton.

• To look after school lettings, ensuring the building is clean, tidy and well maintained
• To be responsible for the opening and closing school facilities for lettings
• To act as a keyholder with locking up duties for the school and to remain on-site throughout customer bookings
• To carry out vital checks as necessary and light cleaning/tidying after lettings
• The setting up and clearing away of sports equipment, tables and chairs and other porterage as required
• To provide great customer service and communication to customers hiring facilities
• To ensure that facilities are serviced and undertake any emergency cleaning tasks as directed.
