Pathway Group is seeking a Health and Social Care Tutor/Assessor to deliver the Highfield Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate to care workers across the West Midlands. You will manage a caseload of 40 learners, guiding them from initial assessment through to completion with engaging teaching and practical workplace assessment.
You will teach core adult care topics, including person-centred care, communication, dignity, privacy, equality and inclusion, and cover safeguarding, mental capacity
