Teacher Active is recruiting a Teaching Assistant for a mainstream primary school in Abergavenny. The role is long-term, part-time, mornings only in the Early Years setting, providing one-to-one support for a child with Autism/ASD to aid learning, communication and daily activities.
The candidate should have experience in Early Years or Primary settings, experience with ALN/Autism, and a patient, communicative, adaptable attitude. Makaton is desirable but not essential.
