A Teaching Assistant can make a huge difference.

Sometimes it's helping them manage a difficult moment, build independence or simply feel that they're understood.

Depending on your role, you could be:

• Supporting teachers during lessons and activities
• Working 1:1 with individual pupils
• Supporting small groups with learning and interventions
• Encouraging pupils to participate and stay engaged
• Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
• Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
• Providing pastoral and practical support
• Adapting support to individual pupils' needs
• Contributing to a welcoming and inclusive classroom
