£13.88 per hour (£28,870.40 annually based on 40 paid hours per week)

You'll join an experienced team on  Stockbridge Road, Sutton Scotney, SO21 3JW
, with access to the  A34 and A303 . We welcome applications from  Andover, Winchester, Whitchurch, Stockbridge, South Wonston, Micheldever and surrounding Hampshire villages .

Role Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.
Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.

Required Qualifications:

What We're Looking For:

Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
Experience working with children under 5.
Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
